• Designed to economically turn waste heat into useful heat for loads such as space heating and domestic hot water for use in applications such as:
  • Hotels and resorts
  • Hospitals and health care
  • Manufacturing facilities
• Heats water more economically than fossil fuel or electric resistance heaters
• Can reduce the burden on overloaded boilers and/or cooling towers, thereby eliminating or delaying the capital expenditure required to increase their capacity 
• Model TSC Templifier units are equipped with centrifugal compressors.  Capacities range from 3,000 to 19,200 MBh with hot water temperatures up to 140 degrees F (60 degrees C). 
• Heat recovery centrifugal chillers have an excellent return on investment.  Heating COPs can be as high as 20.
• MicroTech II® controls with the Open Choices^TM feature (Models TSC and HSC) for easy integration using BACnet®, LonTalk®, or Modbus® standard open protocols
• Leaving condenser water temperature control provides flexibility to operate the TSC in heating mode
